Aware that there is so much knwowledge hidden in so many books, articles, libraries and so little time to spend on deep study.
Now challenged to make information quickly available by infographics
The infographics give you a quick insight in the subject (and if you want to study deeper, the infographic is a useful tool during that study.)
In this covid era, organizations are confronted with a deep change of the world, markets and customers … It is as if all business plans can be thrown in the dustbin. The customer or the market, we seemed to know, has disappeared.
But let's not forget the following fundamentals:
1. Your customer is still there
2. You still have your competences and skills.
As entrepreneur, you 'only' have to answer two questions:
a. What are the values and needs of this customer?
The customer who you knew so well. is still there. 'Only' the environment has changed.
Focus on the answers to this customer in this 'new environment' by creating 'new value'.
b. How to use 'that-what-I-have' for 'that-what-the-new-times-require' ?
Your skills, competences, experience ... are still there. So, use them to establish new processes or to modify existing processes to deliver the new needs of the customer.
In other words, be flexible in how you use what you already have.
Understanding the customer and value-creation: that's what will make your future.
Lean can help! Not by starting a sprint to the bottom by cost reduction on cost reduction. But by challenging your OWN competence and expertise for Value-based Creation for this customer in this changed environment.
Continu verbeteren is vooral de moed hebben om verder te blijven klooien.
Met de koppigheid en vasthoudendheid die men heeft, als men ergens in gelooft.
Dat heet visie!
